Milford Sound - Travellers Heaven

Within the Fiordland National Park is the Milford Sound South Island New Zealand, one of the most antistatic travelling and holiday spot in the whole New Zealand. In "The Travellers' Choice Destination Awards by TripAdvisor 2008" it was acclaimed to be the worlds top travelling spot by the judges and has also been judged as the most well-known travelling destination within New Zealand. It had been previously called as the 8th Wonder of the Modern World.

Geographically Milford Sound is at Dale Point and runs for almost 15 km's inside the Tasman Sea, surrounding this antique are the huge sky touching sheer rock faces and these sheer rocks rise a 1,200 meter from the sea and even more on the either both sides. Above which are The Lions these rocks are named The Lions as they resemble the Lion head, they are 1'302 meter's high. And above all are sky creepers The Elephants standing 1'517 meters tall.

Package some eatables outside and hop on-board a two-hour vessel trip of the awe-inspiring audio or canoe around the shoreline for a sailing lunchtime party. Don’t know what to pack and how? Then how about traditional Kiwi eatables such as Anzac biscuits, colonial goose (roasted), and a bottle of Marlborough sauvignon blanc.
